If you have already got your wedding planned to a T & just want a professional to oversee it to perfect execution this is the ideal option for you. Our team of professional planners have many years experience in ensuring the smooth running of our couples big day’s! From confirming all vendors the day prior, ensuring grandma has the best seat in the house & no groomsman are passing out mid ceremony (yes that actually does happen) we’ve got you covered. Starting the day prior with confirmations & staying onsite until you enter your reception we’re by your side the whole way. Includes a full scheduling consult with your planner 2 weeks prior to the day so you know all your requirements are dully noted.

Our wedding planning package includes everything you need from the start of your planning process through to the end.

We have a extensive range of professional vendors that we have built relationships with over our many years in the industry that we love to draw from to put forward for your consideration. We also love the opportunity to source new vendors & venues to perfectly match your specific needs. From invitations, hair & makeup artists, marquee providers, photographers, caterers or transportation – you name it and we have it! Where needed we utilise our professional space for your introductions to save the need for cafe or home meetings.

Our behind the scenes process for you is quite extensive from compiling the vendors listed above & arranging meetings & tastings we also liase with vendors regarding applicable discounts, payment dates and/or plans, assist in building your wedding day run sheet & ensure rsvp, accommodation requirements & guest transportation is all covered and there are no uncles planning on sleeping under the festoon lights at night! Our quoted pricing also includes the On The Day Styling Component for the consultation, design, unlimited mood boards of all of your styling items whether sourced through us or our liaison companies. (Hire costs are additional)

If you choose to utilise us for your bridal party & reception florals we also provide significant discounts (we provide pricing from us in addition to some of our key suppliers during the quotation & selection process) & free delivery. Sometimes its nice to keep the amount of vendors and payments to a minimum however no pressure whatsoever is placed.

Ivy & Bleu offer competitive pricing and hire periods for vendors and stylists looking to source additional stock for events.

Our team works closely with all of our sub hire clients to ensure you get the stock you need when and where you need it, last minute sub hire is our specialty!

Ivy & Bleu sub hire chair covers, sashes, centerpieces and specialty theming items – basically any hire you require we can arrange.
